Registered users are able to edit and update their details and password when signed into ClubSpark.
If they have forgotten their password, they should click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the sign in page, they will get sent an email where they will need to follow the link to reset their password.
If they are logged in and need to change their password, they will need to follow these steps to edit their details. Firstly, they need to click on their name in the top right-hand corner and select 'Profile'
If they are a main contact, when they click on their name in the top right-hand corner, they will see a list of names of the players who are associated with their account. They will need to select the player's first name to change user or select their own name to edit their profile
Here, the contact will need to click the 'Edit Profile' button
They will then be taken to the follow screen:
The contact will need to click on the 'Your password' tab, where they will be able to change their password.
