Creating custom tags allows you to group together particular contacts, such as teams or players in a specific membership. This makes identifying a set group of users easier. You can use the filters on the contacts page to email those with the tags linked. You can create tags in a number of different places within the platform. You can create them when creating a new membership package, a new coaching course or from within the contacts module.
Steps to create a tag within the Contacts module:
Step 1:
To create a custom tag(s), you first need to go into the Contacts Module in the Admin area on the left-hand side.
Step 2:
Select the blue Contact Options button in the top right-hand corner, then click on Contact Tags.
Step 3:
Here you will be able to create your custom tags. Please remember to click Save tags once you have created your custom tags.
Steps to adding or removing a tag within the Contacts module:
Now that the tag has been created, you will now be able to assign your custom tags to your members.
Step 1:
To apply this tag to members, you can select the checkbox next to the player, and select the "3 dots" icon.
Step 2:
Select Add Tags or Remote Tags from the dropdown menu that appears. This can be done individually or in bulk.
