There are four types of membership status' -
- Pending - Currently awaiting the member to renew/pay
- Active - Member has paid/renewed
- Lapsed - Membership has expired
- Cancelled - Member has cancelled their membership
You can manually change the status of a members membership by going into the membership package or by selecting 'view all members' and selecting the members whose status you would like to change.
Click on that member, and this will bring up their membership record.
Use the status drop down to change the member's status.
