When a player makes a court booking, they will receive a booking confirmation email which will contain all the details of the booking. These emails can be resent via the Admin area if required, this guide shows you how this can be done.
Step 1:
Go to the Booking Module in the Admin area.
Step 2:
Search for the booking on the landing page, you can do this by using the filters at the top. Once the booking has been located, click anywhere along the row of the booking to bring up the details.
Step 3:
Select the 'Resend confirmation' button.
Step 4:
The following overlay will then appear. If you are happy to go ahead select the blue 'Send' button.
Step 5:
Once you've confirmed this overlay will appear. Select 'Close'.
