To have access to the Booking web page, you will first need to ensure that you have activated the Booking Module. Once you have done that, you'll be able to create and update your Booking webpage.
Your booking sheet will display on this web page for your members/players to make court bookings.
Step 1:
From your Admin area, select the Website module from the module menu on the left side.
Step 2:
Click the Show in navigation? switch to activate the navigation menu item (blue means it is activated). You can use the sort order field to customize the placement of the the menu item in the navigation bar on your website.
Step 3:
In the Page content section, you are given the option to a header cover image, text, or other images using the toolbar in the intro text box on your Booking page. You can also choose to have the content above or below the booking sheet.
Note: an image size of 1800px by 600px is the best option to ensure optimal viewing.
Step 4:
Here you will be able to create up to 7 sub-pages to display on your Booking page. Sub-pages are good to display your court booking rules or information about the booking restrictions that your venue has, i.e. members can book 7 days in advance and free of charge, the public will be able to book 3 days in advance etc.
Step 5:
In the final section of creating/updating your Booking Page, you'll be able to add in your Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). This helps in where/how your website display in search engine results.
Step 6:
Once you are happy with how your webpage is looking and with any changes made, please remember to click the blue Save changes button at the bottom of the screen.
