Within your booking module settings, Clubspark lets venues edit the booking confirmation message and booking reminder message. These message will appear on the booking confirmation screen or email after a booking has been made, and in a participants reminder emails sent the morning of a booking.
Step 1:
Within the Admin area, select the Bookings module from the list of options on the left. Click on the Settings button near the top right.
Step 2:
Once in booking settings select Edit booking emails.
Step 3:
In the first text box you can customize your venues booking confirmation message. Here you can describe what your users should do when they turn up to your venue or any other information that may be relevant to their booking such as a PIN.
Step 4:
In the second text box, you can customize the booking reminder email that is sent on the morning of a scheduled booking.
Step 5:
Please remember to Save changes.
Note: This phone number and email that appear on the booking confirmation are pulled through from your profile module.
