Administrators can edit a variety of settings related to club membership packages within the admin area of Clubspark
Step 1:
From the admin page, you can access your Membership settings via the Membership module in the admin area and clicking Settings in the top right corner:
Step 2:
From here, you can choose how the Clubspark system handles Offline payment membership status. This is where you tell Clubspark what you want to happen when your club receives a member payment offline. For example, a member registers on your website and selects a membership package, if they choose to pay offline (i.e. direct bank transfer), your club can either edit this setting to activate their membership immediately. Or, you can choose to manually set these members to active after you've confirmed payment.
Step 3:
There is also a section that handles Date of purchase package renewals. When a member of a date of purchase package renews after the expiry date of the package, their new start date will be the date of purchase. Selecting renew members on date of package anniversary will set the start date of the new package to the expiry date of the previous package + 1 day.
Step 4:
In the membership settings your can add a confirmation for your members after they have signed up:
Note: feel free to customize the confirmation message using our CK Editor (toolbar at the top of the text box).
Step 5:
At the bottom of the page, you are able to upload a file that outlines your membership Terms and Conditions. When your members first sign into the system, they will have to accept your T&C's in order to become registered. They will need to be registered in order to apply for a membership, book a court etc.
