When viewing all the participants booked on an event, you may find it useful to export or print these.
The option to export attendees to a CSV file and print attendees is available for ALL types of events.
The steps within the guide are the same for all events.
Step 1: You'll first need to head to the Admin area and go to the Events module.
Step 2: Here you'll find all of your upcoming events. Click into the event category to locate the event.
Step 3: Click into the event you want to print/ export your attendees list
Once you are in the event, you have two options when it comes to exporting:
- By going to the participants list to export ALL participants
- Clicking into each individual session to export the participants included on that session
Step 4:
1.By going to the participants list. You would click on the 'Participants' tab, then the 'more' button (icon with the three dots) then select 'Export PDF' or 'Export CSV' depending on what you format you would like. This will give you the list of 'ALL' participants.
2.Clicking into each individual session. First go to the 'Sessions' tab:
Click into the session you would like to export the attendees for, select the participants and then select the 'Export attendees to CSV' button (second icon in picture below).
Step 5: To print participants on a session follow the steps above shown in 4.2, here you click the 'Print attendees' button instead:
