Venues can add additional stripe accounts to allow each of module accepting online payments to be linked to the stripe account of the clubs choice. This feature enables the venue to be able to split the income from different modules, for example : Court Booking can go to one bank account/stripe account and Coaching revenue to another.
You can not split modules at the moment, i.e. having more than one bank account linked for coaching but this may be available in the future.
Super admins and Admins can access your payment settings via the Payment module in the Admin area and clicking 'Payment Options' in the top right corner.
Accounts
Here admins can view and manage the stripe accounts linked to their venue with the ability to rename them and manage the account on the stripe website.
Adding a Stripe account
Additional stripe account can be added to the venue by selecting the 'Add a payment account' button on the payment options screen. This will prompt the admin to enter a name for the stripe account they are adding.
It is recommended admins name the account to reflect the module it will be linked to e.g Coaching account or bookings account
Once the admin clicks register they will be redirected to Stripe to log into the account they are linking and asked to review and confirm
After confirming the stripe account will now show in the clubs payment module.
Assign Modules
Once the admin has added an additional stripe account they will then be able to update the account linked to each module through the assign modules tab.
Step 1
Select edit next to the Module that you are wanting to change the stripe account already linked.
Step 2
select the relevant account form the option and update to save changes made.
All payments made after the change will begin to flow through to the nominated account.
