How To Setup your Igloohome Padlock with Clubspark

Before players can start receiving and entering pins to access your clubs court area, you'll first need to setup your lock.   

Download the App & Register 
To begin the process, please download the Igloohome app on the Apple store or Google store. 

After the download is complete, open the app and click the register button to create an account.   Fill in any information that is necessary and sign in again once completed.

Pair Your Lock

Confirm that your lock is charged a nearby.

  1. Login to the App.
  2. On the Welcome screen, select Pair new lock
  3. When the Lock appears on the app, click 'Pair'
  4. In the 'Lock name' field, enter a name for your lock. 
  5. Enter in the remaining information and click 'Confirm'
  6. A "Pairing complete" message will appear in the app

 

Purchase integrations slots

  1. Login to the Igloohome app
  2. Click View Services
  3. Select Clubspark as a service 
  4. Each lock requires on slot, so select one slot on the popup.
  5. Checkout

 

Generate an Exchange Code

  1. Within the app, select the Iglooconnect tab at the bottom of the screen
  2. Click on Clubspark (connected service)
  3. In the top right corner, click the Add Lock icon
  4. On the next page, select the lock that you've named
  5. Tap connect
  6. Your exchange code will appear on the screen for you to copy
  7. Copy the exchange code, which is needed to complete your setup in Clubspark

 

Connecting your Igloolock in Clubspark

Part One - Basic Settings:

  1. Login to your Clubspark account
  2. Click into the Booking Module 
  3. Select Settings in the top right corner
  4. Select Basic Settings and scroll to the bottom 
  5. You should see a section 'Available Locks'.  Click the 'Add Lock' button.  (Note: if this isn't appearing, contact support)
  6. A popup appears where you can add the Name and Exchange Code.  
  7. Click 'Confirm'

Part Two - Resource Settings: 

Once the lock has been connected, you will need to contact tnzsupport@clubspark.com to connect the lock to the appropriate resource your venue is using.
