Answer: The total transaction fee is 3.3% + $0.50, with Stripe accounting for 2.7% + $0.30 and Clubspark/TNZ accounting for 0.6% + $0.20.

Question: Will the terms and conditions get sent when they sign up?

Question: Is a fortnightly (or similar) subscription-type payment possible?
Answer: No, it would be either a full payment or a monthly installment payment.
Question: When people reply to the email, does it go back to the club email address?
Answer: Yes, responses to club emails will automatically go to the designated reply-to email address.
Question: We usually offer a $50 discount if paid by a certain date. Will we have a problem if we invite everyone to pay an amount when they renew?
Answer: You will just need to change the price back to the original after the desired date, and any members who have not renewed will have the price reverted on their membership record.
Question: Can you filter contacts without a tag, i.e., a blank tag?
Answer: No, you cannot filter contacts with a blank tag. However, you can filter by name, registered status, membership status, etc.

Question: We have payments from family groups where a discount is applied if 3 or more children. How do we handle consolidated groups and applied discounts?
Answer: You can add a group, such as a family, and apply a discount rule, such as a 25% discount for 3 or more children.
